Alpha Lipoic Acid (also known as Thiotic acid), is an antioxidant made in the body and found in every cell. It is easily absorbed by the blood and cells and is easily transported through the cell membranes where it can prevent free radical damage. It's absorbed into the cells and complexes with metals previously bound to other sulphydryl proteins. In the blood it is able to trap circulating heavy metals, preventing cellular damage caused by metal toxicity.

DIRECTIONS / DOSAGE
Recommended dose 1 capsule per day with food. The stated recommended dose can be changed as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed this recommended dose. Consume within 3 months of opening.
